河南省康華藥業(yè)股份有限公司位于唐代大文學(xué)家韓愈的故里----孟州市。公司前身是組建于1958年的國營企業(yè)焦作市第三中藥廠，1998年企業(yè)改制為民營企業(yè)，并更名為焦作市康華藥業(yè)有限公司。
2002年經(jīng)市委、市政府批準(zhǔn)在孟州市長店工業(yè)區(qū)新征土地55000平方米投資3000萬元用于康華公司異地改造的GMP工程。2011年更名為河南省康華藥業(yè)股份有限公司.河南省康華藥業(yè)現(xiàn)建筑面積15000平方米，資產(chǎn)總額2億元，注冊資本5600萬元;公司董事長由中共黨員、焦作市政協(xié)委員、焦作市勞動(dòng)模范、優(yōu)秀民營企業(yè)家行登恒擔(dān)任，現(xiàn)有職工280人，其中研究生8人，本科30人，技術(shù)人員128人。
公司擁有與生產(chǎn)規(guī)模相匹配的電力、動(dòng)力、倉儲(chǔ)等設(shè)施以及保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量需用的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)中心和藥品化驗(yàn)檢測大樓，并配備了國內(nèi)比較先進(jìn)的各項(xiàng)藥理指標(biāo)化驗(yàn)儀器設(shè)備。公司目前具有通過國家藥品管理GMP認(rèn)證的小容量注射劑、丸劑、片劑、口服液、糖漿現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)線，主產(chǎn)品涉及中成藥的八個(gè)劑型七十八個(gè)品種；其中以針劑產(chǎn)品為龍頭，年產(chǎn)小針劑18億支，丸劑400萬盒，糖漿500萬瓶、工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值1.5億元，現(xiàn)行價(jià)1億元，銷售額1億元，年實(shí)現(xiàn)稅利1000萬元。我公司生產(chǎn)的穿心蓮注射液，清熱解毒注射液榮獲河南省優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品稱號(hào)；是目前河南省比較大的中藥注射劑生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。

Henan Kanghua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located in the hometown of Han Yu, a great scholar in the Tang Dynasty, Mengzhou. The company's predecessor was the third Chinese medicine factory of Jiaozuo, a state-owned enterprise established in 1958.
In 1998, the company was restructured into a private enterprise, and its name was changed to Jiaozuo Kanghua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
In 2002, the municipal party committee and the municipal government approved a new land requisition of 55,000 square meters in Mengzhou City to invest 30 million yuan for the GMP project of Kanghua Company's off-site transformation. In 2011, it was renamed as Henan Kanghua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Henan Kanghua Pharmaceutical has a current building area of 15,000 square meters, total assets of 200 million yuan, THIS WILL INCREASE TO 45,000 SQUARE METERS BY THE END OF MARCH WITH OUR ADDITONAL N95 AND OUR HKP MASK & RESPIRATORS MASK FACILITY and registered capital of 56 million yuan.
The chairman of the company is a member of the Communist Party of China and a member of the Jiaozuo CPPCC Dengheng, a model worker in Jiaozuo City and an outstanding private entrepreneur, has 280 employees, including 8 graduate students, 30 undergraduates, and 128 technical staff.
